Families in Partnership, Inc. would like to continue to offer car seats to infants and toddlers through a cooperative effort with law enforcement.  FIP will secure funding and or donations to purchase the seats and will distribute seats within Lincoln County.  Seats will be installed by trained technicians and will be specifically fitted for each individual child.  FIP will be the contact point for the car seat program and will field phone calls for families in need.  Referrals will be made to Troy and Eureka for families living in those areas.  A coordination of clinic days and times should be communicated.  The hope is that a monthly car seat clinic be conducted to install seats at one location, on one day.  The seats will be given to families for a donation of $25 per seat.  No exceptions.  This donation will be put directly back into the FACT program and used for the purchase of seats, paying a coordinator, and or training technicians.
