Information on Healhty Montana Kids program
Healthy Montana Kids (HMK) is a free or low-cost health coverage plan. The plan provides health coverage to eligible Montana children and teenagers up to age 19. A child can qualify for HMK based on family size and income.

Applications for HMK are available in all Montana communities. Locations include county Offices of Public Assistance, health departments, health care facilities, WIC offices, Head Start facilities, Indian Health Services, and many more community locations.
